The New York Wind Symphony
Founded in 1989, The New York Wind Symphony is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated music educators and professional musicians. It has been our pleasure to present thoughtful and artistic performances of the finest repertoire for our community and beyond for the past 23 years. We have also made it our steadfast mission to inspire the young musicians of the Hudson Valley region with ongoing out-reach programs including our popular "Play with the Pros" series and the creation of The New York Wind Symphony Honors Chorus.
In addition to our regular concert schedule, we have performed at the New York State School Music Association's Winter Conference, The Association of Concert Bands National Convention, and the 'Anches d'Azur' Music Festival in La Croix Valmer, France.
